Chhattisgarh budget: CM Baghel presents Rs 1 lakh crore Budget

Keeping existing tax rates unchanged, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Wednesday presented a Budget of Rs 1,04,000 crore for 2022-23 — 7% more than the previous year.

The expenditure for the year is estimated at Rs 1,04,000 crores, out of which Rs 88,732 crore is revenue expenditure.

Rs 15,421 crores is capital expenditure. Out of the total revenue expenditure, 37% has been earmarked for the social sector.

40% for the economic sector and 23% for general services sector.
